a. Before Work Has Started:

  • If you cancel before work on your project or service has commenced, you will receive a full refund of any payment made, excluding any non-refundable deposits (if applicable).

b. After Work Has Started:

  • If you cancel after the project or service has begun, you will be responsible for paying for the portion of work completed up to the date of cancellation.
  • Prorated Refund: We may issue a partial refund based on the stage of project completion. The exact amount will depend on the scope of work already completed.
  • Any non-refundable deposits agreed upon during the initial contract will be deducted from the refund amount.

c. Completed Services:

  • Once a service or project has been completed and delivered to you, cancellations are no longer possible. No refunds will be issued after final approval.

2. Service Cancellation by WebSparkPro

WebSparkPro reserves the right to cancel any project or service under the following circumstances:

  • Client Breach of Agreement: If the client violates any terms of the agreement, including but not limited to payment terms, WebSparkPro reserves the right to cancel the service without issuing a refund.
  • Force Majeure: If unforeseen events such as natural disasters, technical failures, or other force majeure events occur that prevent us from delivering the service, WebSparkPro will attempt to notify you and provide options for rescheduling or partial refunds.

In cases where we initiate the cancellation, we will provide a full refund for services not yet rendered.
